Reading slowly: three experiments

Measure what you can, but do not mistake the measurable for the meaningful. The slow web is not nostalgia. It is a design stance. Before publishing, ask one question: does this increase someone’s thinking capability?
Pick a small number of trusted inputs and process them deeply. Constraints are not the enemy of craft; they are its scaffolding. Reduce noise, increase signal, and publish words that can survive re-reading.
