Measure what you can, but do not mistake the measurable for the meaningful. Constraints are not the enemy of craft; they are its scaffolding. I keep returning to the same few questions, and the answers keep changing. Pick a small number of trusted inputs and process them deeply.

Reduce noise, increase signal, and publish words that can survive re-reading. Before publishing, ask one question: does this increase someone’s thinking capability?

Small, repeatable practices beat heroic bursts of effort. Take notes by hand first, then rewrite digitally; the rewrite is where structure appears. I keep returning to the same few questions, and the answers keep changing. Context changes meaning, so show the context along with the claim.
